We have many stations at the Strawberry Festival that are open - if you are considering signing up to please do so ASAP as we will need to start moving people around to accommodate for less help. We ask that you do not wait till the last minute as it may cause us to have to think about closing the festival an hour early.

The ‘berry’ best day of the year is just around the corner: Strawberry Festival! The event will be held on Friday, June 5, 2026 from 6:00-9:00 pm.  There will be two bands, inflatables and games for the kids, face painting, and of course delicious strawberries, ice cream, and cake!

Here’s what you need to know:

Sign-Ups

Please use the ONLINE SIGNUP FIRST to reserve your shift for Strawberry Festival:

Sign Up Genius Link:

https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20F054CACAE28AAFE3-63476382-strawberry

The online sign-up is conveniently divided into each section of the event.  This will be the only way to guarantee volunteering in the area of the Strawberry Festival that you request.  TIP: If accessing the sign-ups on your phone, please be aware of the ‘more’ button at the bottom so you see all of the options.

Paper sign-ups are also be available but will not be transferred to the master online option until closer to the event.  Anyone on the paper sign-ups will be plugged into the areas that are still in need of volunteers, not necessarily the area they prefer.

If you are unable to give the entire portion of the shift needed, please contact one of us. We will make sure you’re able to volunteer with the time you’re able to give!

Mmmm ... Cakes

Cakes are such a fun part of this night. People look forward to choosing the perfect piece and piling it high with strawberries.  PLEASE REMEMBER TO SIGN UP if you are going to bake/bring a cake or two (or 3). We appreciate everyone that takes the time to bake or buy.

Like last year, if you’re unable to donate a cake, you can always donate money for them and we’ll happily go shopping for you! REMEMBER: Money for cakes may also be donated by Venmo (Use @fpcmoorestown).

Washing and Hulling ~ Thursday, June 4 (Room 8)

Hulling starts at 1:00 pm until we're done. Let the berries begin! Please remember to bring your favorite small knife, apron and cutting board. Sign up here:
