Our Discernment Process
We invite the whole congregation to join in a methodical journey to seek God’s direction for our music ministry. This process will unfold in four thoughtful and inclusive phases:
- Listening & Learning
- Visioning
- Designing
- Decision & Implementation
We encourage you to help shape the future of our music ministry by participating in a Focus Group or individual interview. Share your voice, insights, and experiences in a small group or one-on-one setting. The Discernment Team will host these gatherings to hear from our congregation as we listen for the Spirit’s leading. This is the discernment phase where we are trying to understand the wishes/needs of our congregation, with an eye on the future. We invite the whole congregation to join in a journey to seek God’s direction together.

Our Traditional and Contemporary Music Leadership
In this transitional phase of our Music Ministry, we are pleased to have assembled a team of highly qualified interim music professionals who are leading our Choirs with dedication and excellence.
